She was predeceased by: her spouse Madison Ashburn (Mac); her parents, Elmer and Hazel (Mac); her siblings, Kenneth, Harvey, DeWain and Patricia; her siblings-in-law, Gladys, Joan, Caroline and Duane (Dewey); her son-in-law Jeff; and her nephews, Neil and Greg.
She is survived by: her children, David Perry (Cheryl) and Susan Milholland; and her grandchildren, Jacquelyne, Kyle, Ryan, Kayn and Lane. She is also survived by 10 nephews and one niece; many great-nephews and nieces; and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Interim Healthcare or the donor's choice.
