It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jolene Moriconi of Lawrence, Kansas, born in Frontenac, Kansas, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Merando and Clara Merando (Morey); her husband Roy Moriconi; and her daughter MaryAnn. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Rowe (Rick) of Lawrence, KS, Craig Moriconi (Evelyn) of Bentonville, AR and Karen Kay Sanford-Moriconi of Lecompton, KS. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church toward renovations; these may be mailed to the funeral home.
