He is survived by: his wife Deborah Donaldson (Barkley) of Ottawa, KS; his children, Casey Wade Donaldson (Jaimee) of Mesa, Kevin Donaldson of Dallas, Ryan Joseph Donaldson of New York City, Kelly Mello (Casio) of Phoenix and Rachel Raimo (Nick) of Phoenix, Arizona; and his siblings, Pat Rhoten (Randy) of Topeka and Diane Taylor of San Antonio, Texas.
