He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Earl Leatherman and Veva Odle Leatherman. He is survived by: his wife Lois Hudson; his daughter Tori McCoy (Kelly) of Lawrence; his grandchildren, Connor (Emily) of Pittsburgh, PA, Carson of Tempe, AZ, Cooper and Alina of Lawrence; and his sister Suzanne of Albuquerque, NM. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the First Presbyterian Church, Lawrence Humane Society, or the charity of the donor's choice.
