She was predeceased by: her parents, John Swartzendruber and Ethel Swartzendruber (Amlong); and her husband Theodore Foster Fay Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Doug Fay (Trisha) of Lawrence, KS, Kathy Ikenberry (Alan) of Baldwin City, KS, Lynne Ledom (Greg) of Olathe, KS and Sean Fay (Rosma) of Holyrood, KS.; and her grandchildren, Amber, Brad, Katie, Charlie, Patrick, Max, Sarina and Sarah.
