He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy (Ruby Treat) and Jimmie; and his son Jeremy. He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his children, James, John and Julia; his grandsons, Coy, Cooper Treat, Nick and Jake Reber; and his sister Nancy Forbes. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
