He is survived by: his former wife Mary Jane Triplett; his wife Brenda; his sons, Steven Lively and Tony; his grandchildren, Andrew, Chance, Makinlee and Jeremy Sekavec (Jonell); his children, Kaden, Macon, Onna and Mary Bell (Danny); his grandchildren, Daniel, Kaden and Mary Alice; his children, Hailey Kuenzi (Ian) and Christopher; his grandchildren, Valerie and Brendon; and his siblings, John Lively, Janice Lively, Joyce Martin, Joanna Bledsoe and June Dixon. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
