She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Taylor and Lorna Taylor (Gier); her husband Robert E. Tiemann (Bob); and her stepmother Clara O. Pearce Taylor (Kline). She is survived by: her children, Wendy Picking (Bill), Dale Tiemann (Deneen) and Gail Tiemann (Blair Strawderman); her grandchildren, Matthew Tiemann (Taylor), Lydia Picking, Daniel Picking (Elizabeth) and Malorie Elliott (Clint); and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Hudson Elliott. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, the American Cancer Society, or the Douglas County Visiting Nurses Association sent in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1260 Lawrence, Kansas 66044.
