We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Jay Owen Wagner (Lawrence, Kansas), born in Emporia, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John O. Wagner and Margaret Wagner (Sattler); his siblings, Linda Jones, Dale Ann Fabriz and Johnny Wagner; and his brother-in-law Eugene Curl.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Curl; his sons, Chris (Brooke Raasch), Erick and Dustin Wagner of Lawrence; his brother Paul; and his sister-in-law Mary Runyon (Curl). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and their children.
Donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Jay, a two time cancer survivor, and as a gratitude for the care his great nephew, Tucker Wagner, has received there.
