With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jarrett Josiah Hare Jr. of Lawrence, Kansas, born in Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on February 24, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jarrett Josiah Hare, Sr. and Mary Coleman Hare. He is survived by: his children, Sally Hare-Schriner (Dan Schriner) and Patrick Hare (Frances); his grandchildren, Nathan Schriner (Sara), Andrew Hare (Danielle), Alexandra Sneegas (Jason) and Phillip Hare; and his great grandchildren, Olive, Charlie Sneegas and Robyn Schriner.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Hare Family Garden, located at Trinity Episcopal Church or make a contribution to your favorite charity in memory of Jerry.
