He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Womack and Marie Womack (Roos); his brother Kenneth; his son Charles; and his nephews, Steven and Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Boos; his children, Catherine (Cameron Knight) of Kansas City, Andrew of Bloomington and Mary; his granddaughter Kassidie of Lawrence; his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his grandchildren, Ethan, Brady and Ella of Olathe; his brother Walter (Sheri) of Kansas City; his nieces, Alison (Christian Dirscherl) of Herzogenaurach and Kelly of Santa Cruz; and his nephew James of Kansas City.
