James Franklin Lowe Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2024, at the age of 60, James Franklin Lowe of Lawrence, Kansas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Franklin Lowe to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert Nelson. He is survived by: his mother Anne Louise Lowe (Stoner); his wife Bonnie; his children, Nolan Lowe, Kinsey Lowe, Danielle Farha (Joey) and Taylor Mennel (Nathan); his grandchildren, Patrick, Olivia and Jay Farha; and his sisters, Jane Keller, Wendy Curry (Trevor) and Julia Steeples (Brad). He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Warren-McElwain Mortuary (120 W 13th St, Lawrence, KS 66044). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret's Episcopal Church (5700 W 6th St, Lawrence, KS 66049).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jamie's honor to KU Endowment in support of KU Athletics.
