It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ilo A. Oakley of Lawrence, Kansas, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, G. Cleveland Wise and Edna E. Wise; her son Steven D. Oakley; her husband Keith D. Oakley of Asherville; and her siblings, Mildred Slaven, Dorothy Brummer, Margaret Wells and Eugene Wise.
She is survived by: her son Dennis K. Oakley of Lawrence; and her granddaughter Stephanie (Eric Friesen) of Colorado. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
