It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Euvon Mendoza of Lawrence, Kansas, born in Burlington Junction, Missouri, who passed away on September 19, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Auten and Opal Adams Auten; her husband Luis Mendoza Sr.; and her daughter Sonia Marie Foster (Mendoza). She is survived by: her son Luis Mendoza Jr. (Tammy); her grandchildren, Domonic Mendoza (Kataya), Tayiah Mendoza (Jaden), Morgan Mendoza and Haley Sanchez (Cavan); and her sister Anna Mae Parker of Parnell, Missouri.. She is also survived by her 5 great grandchildren.
