He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Solberg and Alma Solberg (Johnson). He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Solberg (Tom Schmiedeler) and Carol Riscoe (John J. Jr.); and his nieces and nephews, Melinda Jarvis Borchert (Gustavo), Elizabeth Hastings (Matthew), Kelly Walker (Graham), Paul Jarvis, Eric Riscoe (Chelsea) and Andrew Riscoe (Billy Chan).
Memorial contributions may be made in Greg's name to the Special Olympics of Kansas and may be sent in the care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
