She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollo W. Gibson and Ada V. Gibson (Proctor); her daughters, Linda Pearce and Shirley Gurki; and her siblings, Nellie Martin, Alberta Ford, Bill Gibson, Rossco Gibson and Phil Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Tracey I. Libel (Edward) and Terry Helmert; her stepchildren, Wanda Lewis Jackson and Kelvin Helmert; and her sisters, Veda Sharon and Velma Burris. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
