She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Leonard and Helen May Ice (Williams); her husband Leonard Ray Holladay (Rusty); her brother Harold Ice (Eunice); and her nephew Francis Ice.

She is survived by: her children, Steven Holladay (Jennifer), Marilyn Cabay Montgomery (Bill), Carolyn Downing (Lonnie) and Melinda Hegeman (Mark); and her grandchildren, Brian Holladay (Sandy), Brandon Holladay (Katie), Brent Holladay (Casey), Dustin Downing (Becky), Derrick Downing (Natalie), Erica Patz (Theodore), Blake Hegeman (Emily), Tara Ham (Gage), Casey Greenly (Lance), Jeffrey Cabay (Allison) and Haley Oehlert (Nathan). She is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends.
