It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Edward Tuel of Lawrence, Kansas, born in Monticello, Iowa, who passed away on August 18, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Arvil Tuel; and his siblings, Bev and James. He is survived by: his wife Leellyn of Lawrence; his daughter Megan; his son-in-law Nathan Colburn; his son Jesse; his daughter-in-law Stacy; his grandmother Virginia; his son Brian of Lawrence; and his siblings, Juanita, Clarence and Dennis.
