He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold August and Mary Margaret Rauckman; his wife Kathy Schmidt of Lawrence; his children, Kevin Rauckman (Carol) of Olathe, KS, Kelly Rauckman (Lorraine) of Shawnee and Tonya Broddle (Kent) of Overland Park; his grandchildren, Jared Broddle (Christen) of Los Angeles, CA, Rebekah Rauckman (Taylor Foye) of Prairie Village, Emily Pemble (Connor) of Olathe, Grant Rauckman (Katelyn) of Olathe, Sarah Morris (Grant) of Prairie Village, Owen Rauckman (Brooklyn) of Kansas City, MO, Hannah Prichard (Jason) of Olathe, Rachel Broddle of Overland Park, Katerina Brockmann of Shawnee and Charles Brockmann of Shawnee; his great grandchildren, Shepherd, Myles and Jesse; his siblings, Anita Jo Ensz (Robert) of Galva, KS, Robert Harold Rauckman (JoAnn) of Topeka and William Greg Rauckman of Sturgis, SD.; and his daughter-in-law Julia Rauckman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Gary's name to Grace Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Insight Women's Center of Lawrence or Jayhawk Modelmasters.
