He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Patterson and Edna Patterson (Corbin); and his siblings, Raymond Patterson, Bobby Patterson (Bobby) and Marilyn Bailey.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Cindy; and his children, Brett Patterson (Jenny) of St. Petersburg, Florida, Clay Patterson (Tanay) of Lawrence, Kansas and Cindy Creaden (Ed) of Overland Park. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
