He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Howard Lee; his son Brad Lee; and his brother Raymond Michael Lee. He is survived by: his mother Arvilla May Lee (Wells); his children, Julia Cruse (Ricky II) of Holton, KS and Curtis Lee; his grandchildren, Ricky Cruse III, Kayla Lee and Kaylie Lee; his great grandchild A. J.; his sisters, Barbara Lee Landa (Fred) and Susan Lee; his nieces, Jennifer Schweda and Rebecca Lee; and his nephew Allen Lee.
