She was predeceased by: her parents, Leander J. Erwin and Shirley A. Secor; her brothers, Lennie and Ben; and her sister-in-law Sharon Erwin.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Farnsworth of Tx and Jeremy Farnsworth of Lawrence Ks; and her siblings, Michael Erwin, Cindy Flippo, Joseph Erwin, Eudora and Lonnie Erwin. She is also survived by Four granddaughters, two grandsons and a great granddaughter.
