He was predeceased by: his mother Jo Ann Burgen; his sister Jo Dena Cron; and his great-nephew Cody Burgen. He is survived by: his father Jerry Burgen; his daughters, Amanda Mae Wear and Chilsea Nicole Burgen; his grandchildren, Cadence, Melody and Evelyn Wear; the mother of his children Patricia Mae Burgen; his siblings, Michelle Countess, Ron, Don and Kirk Burgen; and his nephew Zachary Countess. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
