She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Kelly and Fanny Kelly (Skillman); her husband Frederick Earle Simmons; and her siblings, Glen Kelly, Helen Akers, Edith Houser and Lydia Allen.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Kelly Bohling; and her children, Nancy Martin, Dr. Robert Simmons (Nancy Blindauer) of Newton, KS, Brian Simmons (Sheryl), Steven Simmons (Susan) of Lawrence, KS and Alan Simmons (Michelle Slaughter) of Lyons, CO. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
