He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Culbertson and Vera Culbertson (Maxwell). He is survived by: his children, Gayle Culbertson and Carl Culbertson; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Ball of Lawrence, Willow Culbertson of Lawrence, Caroline Culbertson (Gage) of Lawrence and Kathleen Culbertson of Colorado; and his siblings, Dale Culbertson (Dottie) of Wichita, KS, Joe Culbertson (Susan) of Ness City, KS and Doris Hamilton of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
