She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Spaulding and Lois Earlene Spaulding (Fuller); her husband Jerry Nelson; her son Clifford E. Tarlton; and her brother Donald Jacobs.
She is survived by: her stepfather Clifford A. Tarlton; her pets, Trix, Bloom and Harley; her children, Misty Lyn Eaton (Kenneth Byerley), Elizabeth Diane Bever (Ernest) and Paul Jarrett Roeber (Camille); her siblings, James L. Jacobs, Beth Lorene Carpenter and Dortha Earlene Webb; her grandchildren, Zachary Kilcrease, Alyson Roeber, Kayla Roeber, Courtney Roeber, Kaden Roeber, Ashli Evans, Codilyn Roeber, Kevin Eaton, Calvin Cooper, Makayla Cooper, Jayden Cooper, Destri Tarlton, Darren Tarlton and Heather Davis; and her great grandchildren, Calista Brown, Cliffton Brown, Layla Hale and Jordan Evans.
