It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Stewart of Lawrence, Kansas, who passed away on May 18, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Williams and Mozella Williams; and his siblings, Doris Steward, Larry Stewart and Steven Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, David Stewart Jr., Natasha Hewitt, Desmond Stewart, Lanita Stewart, Sabrina Mason and Reneka Stewart; his stepson Jerrid Cadue; his grandchildren, David, Day'esha, Darrion, Maurice, Jamia, Vyctoria, Antonio, Jalisa, Juliana Amelia and Micah; and his aunt Darlene Higgs. He is also survived by three brothers and two sisters.
