He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew F. Lutz and Alice Lutz (Rossillon); his sisters, Sister Geneva Lutz and Lila Mullican of Indiana; and his grandson Andrew J. Mautz.

He is survived by: his sisters, Janice Mahonney (Bath) and Doris Meier of Topeka, KS.; and his former wife Rose Marie Hagemann (Divorced) of Olpe, KS.

Flowers are welcome and the family suggests memorial Contributions to the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence, sent in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1260, Lawrence, KS 66044.
