He is survived by: his wife Carol E. Meiners; his brothers, Jim Meiners (Carmon) and John Meiners (Kathleen); his stepchildren, Amanda Berg, Jennifer Berg and Shawn Young; his grandchildren, Peyton Berg, Isaiah Davis, Orion Young and Victoria Young; and his great grandchild Liam Young.
A reception was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home (601 Indiana St, Lawrence, KS 66044).
