With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David R. Hassler of Lawrence, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Armal "Bert" Hassler and Dorothy Hassler (Jenkins); his wife Jan; and his sister Joy Pruessner. He is survived by: his son Shane Hassler (Kelly); his grandsons, Hunter of Shawnee, Kansas and Maddox of Shawnee, Kansas; his daughter Terra Caspari (Clayton); his granddaughter Holli Harmon (Austin); his siblings, Carry Hassler (Sandi) of New Haven, Missouri and Mamie Irvin of Virginia; his nieces, Shelley Stutzman (Chip) of Berger, Missouri and Tammy Schutt (Matt) of Berger, Missouri; and his close friend Terri. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
