He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Cook; his wife Marijane (MJ); his daughters, Katie McCormick of Lawrence and Tara Gilbert (Bill) of Camden; his stepchildren, Randy Claspell (Lisa) of Troy, Cayla Ornelas (Jose) of Tucson and Susie Turner (Rowdy) of Battle Creek; his siblings, Darren Cook (Susan) and Diane Stoddard (Brian); his nephews, Dustin of Lawrence, Derek of Lawrence, Nathan of Lawrence and Adam of Lawrence; and his grandchildren, Bria, Paisley, Jack, Winston, Samuel, Harley, Rose, Paige and Dominic.
