He was predeceased by: his father Albert Clifford Smith; and his sister-in-law Shelli Smith. He is survived by: his mother Trula D. Smith (Longacre); his wife Virginia Cleek; his daughter Rachel Evans (John); his siblings, Lane Smith and Dyla Lawrence (Kevin); and his grandsons, Isaac and Gabriel Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
