It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clay Quinton Phillips of Lawrence, Kansas, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Carl Philips and Irma Jane Phillips (Dye); his wife Rosalee Phillips; and his sister Faye Ellen Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Phillips (Sheri) of Lawrence and Laura Oyler (Clinton) of Liberal; his grandchildren, Brendan Phillips of Lawrence, Shayna Phillips of Overland Park, Kelsi Oyler of Houston and Jason Oyler of Manhattan; and his siblings, Galen Phillips, Carl Phillips, Anna Karhoff and Inace Wilson.
