He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Allen and Margaret Allen. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Katie (Brandon) of Independence, MO, Chris (Rachel) of Leawood, KS, Emily (Chris) of Platte City, MO and Anna (Philip); and his siblings, Jill (Suzanne) of Independence, MO, Ray (Roxanne) of Longview, TX and Pat (Stephanie) of Blue Springs, MO. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, and two dogs.
A rosary was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 5:30 PM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church (6001 W. 15th St., Lawrence, Kansas). Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
