She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Husted; and her sisters, Barbara Muiller of Oskaloosa and Topeka. She is survived by: her mother Pauline Husted (Brune); her husband Lewis A. Phillips; and her children, Terrence (Deanna) of Lawrence, Constance (Rick) of Maryland and Jon (Vickie) of Georgia.
