With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carole Peters of Lawrence, Kansas, born in Plainfield, New Jersey, who passed away on June 10, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Peters and Mildred Peters (Thompson); her foster sons, John Reynolds and Adam Kessler; her aunt Isabelle Thompson; and her sister-in-law Esther Peters.
She is survived by: her siblings, Suzanne Ashley of Lawrence, KS, Kenn Peters of Linwood, KS and Ernest Peters (Joan) of Denver, CO; her nephews, Mark Ashley of Lawrence, KS and Lawrence Peters of Chicago, IL; and her pet Roy.
