He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Martindale (Steve) and Kimberly Rayton (Clarence); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Ortin (Martindale) of Menomonee Falls, WI., Josiah Martindale of Belton, MO., Janel Wakefield (Martindale) of Olathe, KS, James Rayton (Kristy), Kayla Rayton and Lawrence; his great grandchildren, Sloan, Enzo Ortin, Tyreece, Jordan, Destiny Rayton, Brooklyn and Hudson Wakefield; and his wife Doris Roberts.
