With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie Blanton of Lawrence, Kansas, who passed away on September 22, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald Willard Scott and Virginia Turner Scott; her husband James Donald Blanton; her children, Greg (Michaela Fischer) of Bamberg, Virginia (Nathan Oyler) of Kansas City and Monica (Marcus Birzer) of Lawrence, Kansas; her grandchildren, Jamie (Florian Faltus), Gary (Manuela Bronner) of Germany, Skyler Smith of Topeka and Scout Blanton Oyler of Kansas City, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Leia, Mickayla, Connor, Caylan and Cerys of Germany; and her grandson Kyle Paul (Alissa) of Shawnee, Kansas..
