He is survived by: his wife Michelle McCubbin; his mother Julie of Lawrence, KS; his sons, Wilson, Weston and Hudson; and his siblings, Al Hack, Cary Pandzik and Chris Hack. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Bill's memory to Music Theatre Kansas City or to junior golf initiatives in the Lawrence area and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
