She is survived by: her children, Donna K. Smith (Sean P.) and Alan C. Archinal (Carol E.); her grandchildren, Kayli E. Tucker of Topeka, KS. and Tyler C. Archinal of Lecompton, KS.; her great grandchildren, Kycin and Breckin; her stepgranddaughters, Nicole R. Garber (Micah), Rachel E. Ussery and Madison D. Smith; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Aleah, Ashton, Cole, Xander, Colton and Raelynn; and her siblings, Billy G. Ford of Azle, TX. and Anita Ford Mallory (Shirl C.).
