It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert B. Cook (Lawrence, Kansas), born in Ionia, Michigan, who passed away on October 17, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret Reineke and A. B. Cook, Jr.; his sister Margie; his great-grandparent Sandy; his children, Susan (Roger), David (Trudy), Ann of Lawrence and Mary Jorgenson (Mark); his grandchildren, Andrew Mazur, Katie (Marc), Ellen (Brett), Molly, David Jorgenson, Sarah Cook, Rebecca Garrett (Cody) and Jesse Cook-Pierson; and his great grandchildren, Violette, Jonas Harman, Gunner Garrett and Teddy Woods. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials made in his name to West Side Presbyterian Church (1024 Kasold Dr. Lawrence, Kansas 66049).
