He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Woods and Lorraine Ann Ebertowski Woods; and his brother Daniel Woods. He is survived by: his children, Dea (Mark), William C. Woods, Paulette Soupiset (Kevyn) and Roy Pleasant (Jessie); his wife Sharla P. Johnson; and his siblings, James (Janice), David Woods (Debra), John Woods and Carolyn (Ty). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
