William Carl Dooley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2022, at the age of 85, William Carl Dooley of Larned, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Andrew and Esther Rose Miller Dooley. He is survived by: his wife Effie Kay Loyd; his children, Les Dooley (Sheila), Tammy Rosenberg (Joe), Teresa Wahlbrink (Maurice), Carla Lile (Rick) and Trish Winberg; and his grandchildren, Devin, Zach, Terron, Josh, Austin, Jessica, Katie, Lyndi, Blake, Cory, Alex, Jonnie, Billie, Brianna and Cheyenne. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
