She was predeceased by: her parents, William Herold and Madeline Beeth Lange; her former husband Earl Ray Bennett; and her husband Ronald Aaron Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Joan Cline (Bill) of Larned, Richard Bennett (Kim) of Larned, Marlene Baltazor (Richard) and Pam Mitzner (David); her brother Bill Lange (Lynn); and her grandchildren, Chad Baltazor, Matthew Bennett, Jenni Mead (Jason), Jaeson Cline (Lindsey), Brent Bennett, Clint Baltazor, Levi Mitzner (Tressie) and Jacob Cline (Melissa). She is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Beckwith Mortuary (916 Main St, Larned, KS 67550-2533). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Garfield United Methodist Church, Garfield Fire Department, or Garfield American Legion Tony Asher Post 300 in care of Beckwith Mortuary, PO Box 477, Larned, Kansas 67550.
