Dale Smith and Faye Weist Smith; his children, Doris Tebow (Jack) of Quinter, KS, Troy Smith (Cindi) of Larned, KS, Dr. Trent Smith (Julie) of Larned, KS and Tad Smith (Tara) of Shawnee, KS; and his siblings, Theo Smith (Linda) of Logandale, NV, Clay Smith (Judy) of Larned, KS and Bonita Meyers of Wichita, KS.. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
