He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Warder and Lola Emma Buhrer Gingrich; and his pet Roxie. He is survived by: his daughters, Shari Soukup (Jim) of Desert Hills, AZ, Serena Neidig (Tim) of Belpre, KS and Lori LaMar (Brent) of Desert Hills, AZ; and his sisters, Martha Guzzo (Vince) of Overland Park, KS and Vivian Johnston of Lenexa, KS. He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
