He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Franklin Higgins and Berla Helen Higgins; and his brothers, Ted Higgins and Terry Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Anita of Larned; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law April Higgins of Delaware; his daughter Jenniffer; his son-in-law Ken Mirabal of Larned; and his siblings, Jim Higgins, Ed Higgins, Dennis Higgins, Gary Higgins and Janice Dill. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
