He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Meeker; his children, Lynn Perez (Toni) and Rachel Perez; his siblings, Tony Perez (Darla) and Linda Garcia (Frank); his grandchildren, Brittney (Eddie), Adrian, Avion, Andreus (Julie), Reiley (Aaron), Cade and Halley; and his great grandchildren, Ozlyn, Kamila, KeAndre, Zayne and Aalias.
