He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Hines and Emma Bealby Hines; his wife Carolyn Felsted; and his son Curtis Hines. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Lee Hines (Stacy) and Jeffrey P. Hines (Chelsey Ruiz); his brother Herb Henderson (Sandy) of Peculiar, MO; his siblings-in-law, Alan Felsted (Mary Jo) and Dianne Morse (John Johnson); his grandchildren, Jefery Bray, Emma Hines and Sebastian Hines; and his great grandchild Isaiah Bray. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
