He is survived by: his mother Virginia Marie Best (Belcher); his wife Elizabeth Best (Libby); his son Mark Best (April); his grandchildren, Mason Best, Grayson Kohls and Hannah; his sister Tracey Reynolds (Mike); and his brother-in-law Richard Roth (Richelle). He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
